The Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees opened its Sept. 15 meeting with routine business and a series of informational reports, approving the minutes from the Aug. 18 public hearing and regular meeting by a 7-0 vote. Board President Deonicio Ramirez Jr. confirmed a full board was present and the motion to approve the minutes was made by Robert Ayala Jr. and seconded by Rosario Morales.
