The Town of Manchester Planning Commission approved the minutes from its June 29, 2026 meeting and adopted proposed edits to its Rules and Procedures during the Aug. 17, 2026 session. Chair David Michelson called for a motion to approve the minutes; Commissioner Carolyn Alderman moved approval and Commissioner Mark Shoener seconded. The motion carried 4-0 at the time of the vote (Commissioner Leon Ward had not yet joined the meeting).
