Board President Kelly R. Ballin called the Santa Rosa Independent School District special meeting to order at approximately 9:19 a.m. on Dec. 6, 2024 at Barrera Elementary and immediately recorded roll call. "I, Kelly R. Ballin, call to adjourn the meeting to executive session at 9:20 a.m.," Ballin said, and the board moved into closed session under Texas Government Code Sections 551.071, 551.072, 551.074 and 551.082 for consultation with attorneys and superintendent candidate interviews.
