Supervisor David Brooks raised a land‑use application from landowner Miguel Carrera for a dwelling on Greenville Road that the Board described as located in a mud‑slide prone area. Chairman Joseph Sibiga said Mr. Carrera obtained DEP approval for a septic design and has architectural and engineering drawings, but the Planning Board emphasized that its review focuses on engineered plans addressing drainage, retaining walls, and bank stabilization to ensure public safety.
