Township engineers update multiple development reviews; Andrews Logistics bond summary issued
At the Dec. 12 meeting the engineer reported progress on several development projects: Gottlieb Warehouse (county closeout work), Sheetz bond reduction status, Andrews Logistics bond summary of $1,554,601.24 issued, and activity at the former Royal Oak/First Street site now coordinating with Frontier Steel.

LSSE provided a comprehensive update on active land development reviews. Gottlieb Warehouse remains under time extension while county NPDES and closeout comments are addressed. The Sheetz Neville CLI Facility resubmission and a recommended bond reduction to $22,084.14 were documented. Andrews Logistics' work at 3005 Grand Avenue shows a bond summary issued on Oct. 4, 2024 in the amount of $1,554,601.24; the engineer reported that agreements and remaining items were outstanding as of the Nov. 13, 2024 update.
