Council authorizes Cloud Permit software to replace iWork for permitting

Planning director Sean Alverson (speaker 8) presented a proposal to adopt Cloud Permit software to replace the city’s existing iWork permitting system, arguing the new system would better integrate payment processing and reduce duplicate staff work. "Right now, it does not integrate with our payment system...Cloud Permit allows to be a lot more efficient with our time," Alverson said.
