Palm Beach County staff demonstrated a new zoning dashboard that will let the public and development community track in‑process zoning applications, view historical approvals and receive application‑level notifications. Amit Samant (OTI) and an ODI presenter showed a live mockup that lists applications by district, maps their locations, and provides key performance metrics (submitted vs. completed applications, time trends, and district breakdowns).
