Committee adds Business Ready Communities to repeal list, restores partnership challenge loan program

After public testimony the committee approved multiple amendments to 27LSO0042: it voted to add Business Ready Communities (BRC) to the repeal list and later moved to reinstate the Wyoming Partnership Challenge Loan Program, with both amendments carried. The committee again deferred final adoption of the bill to October.
