Planning Commission approves Darwin Bundy site plan after sprinkler and septic issues resolved
The Commission approved Darwin Bundy's site plan after Mr. Bundy agreed to install a fire sprinkler system and the Utah County Health Department approved the septic system; the motion passed unanimously.

Chairman Taylor noted two outstanding items from a prior review of Darwin Bundy’s site plan: fire protection requirements and Utah County Health Department approval for the septic system. Taylor reported Mr. Bundy "had elected to install a fire sprinkler system" and that Utah County had approved the septic system, satisfying outstanding conditions.
