Subcommittee urges quick action on Chapter 23 redlines, sets staff meeting dates to finalize language

Committee members reviewed the Chapter 23 redline process and emphasized the need to finalize language and monitor effects in the permit data. The group agreed staff should continue to refine the redline changes and invited committee members to three upcoming staff sessions (Sept. 4, Sept. 18 and Oct. 2 at 2 p.m.) to resolve outstanding language and administrative details.
