Board selects $7,880 phone system purchase for county offices

County Clerk Amy Nelson presented three quotes for a new county phone system: Business Telecommunications Systems ($7,880 purchase), Applied Connective ($7,243 purchase) and Glenwood Telecommunications ($1,157.25 per month lease for five years). After discussion, the Board voted to accept the $7,880 purchase from Business Telecommunications Systems; Supervisor Kenny Harre moved the motion and Larry Cerny seconded. Supervisor Wade Sluka voted no.
