The Montmorency County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 13 voted unanimously to deny a FOIA fee appeal submitted by Justin Meyers. County Controller Aprille Williamson told the board that the requested GIS shapefile would be charged at $0.25 per parcel under the Equalization Department’s established fee schedule, yielding an estimated total cost of $4,625 for the request.
