Council directs staff to check current cyber coverage before deciding on TML Risk Pool option
The council authorized City Secretary Alicia Chaney to check the city's existing cyber coverage with ExtraCo and then assess whether to purchase Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response coverage through the TML Risk Pool.

On a motion by Mayor Pro Tem Cindy Vannatta, seconded by Councilmember Jared Ferrell, the council instructed City Secretary Alicia Chaney to consult with ExtraCo about the city's existing cyber coverage and then report back so the council can decide whether to purchase Cyber Liability and Data Breach Response coverage through the TML Risk Pool. The motion passed.
