The Town of Avon Advisory Planning Commission voted to continue DPR 2609 (Nirvana Sports) to the Sept. 28, 2026 meeting to give the petitioner time to secure a shared-parking agreement with adjacent property owners. The continuance was requested by the petitioner and recommended without objection by staff, who warned that a revised petition could require additional mailed and published legal notice.
