Neighbors report nighttime dust from cement unloading; TCEQ investigating

During Mayor's Comments on May 12 Mayor Ron Becker reported neighbors have complained about dust and noise from a cement company unloading by the railroad tracks across from Braddock and Pittsburg. He said the city requested and is awaiting a report from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ), which conducted an investigation into the complaints.
