Supervisors approve cleaning and fire-safety service contracts
The board approved a cleaning and maintenance agreement with Phelps (Res. 2026-35) and a service contract with Pye Barker Fire & Safety (Res. 2026-36), authorizing the Board Chair to sign both; motions carried unanimously.

O'Brien County supervisors approved two county facility contracts on Aug. 25: an agreement with Phelps for carpet cleaning and maintenance under Resolution 2026-35, and a service contract with Pye Barker Fire & Safety under Resolution 2026-36. The Board Chair was authorized to sign both agreements.
