Staff presented a multi-phase corridor beautification proposal intended to improve the city’s main corridors and first impressions for visitors and potential investors. The proposal would partner with TxDOT and place maintenance responsibility on the Economic Development Corporation and a contracted maintenance provider in order to avoid burdening private property owners or existing city staff.
