The committee approved a certificate of appropriateness for exterior work at the downtown Kittleson, Berry, Wellington and Thompson building, authorizing repainting and minor soffit repairs. The Chair introduced the item and a committee member moved to approve; the Chair seconded and the motion passed on a voice vote with no opposition.
