The board continued or adjourned several larger items on its agenda while developers and applicants resolve outstanding issues. Steven and Susan Andrews' 138 Highland Avenue garage proposal and a site‑plan application for 154–164 Waverly Avenue were both continued while the board and applicants coordinate with the zoning board and the developer, respectively.
