Trustees approved the 2025–26 worker's compensation plan and the 2025–26 property and liability insurance, together with several routine approvals (minutes, final budget amendments, board goals); votes were unanimous or recorded as presented.

During its Aug. 18 meeting the Cotulla ISD Board of Trustees approved the district's 2025–26 worker's compensation plan and the 2025–26 property and liability insurance as presented. The worker's compensation motion was moved by Thomas Childers and seconded by Rosario Morales; the property and liability motion was moved by Rosario Morales and seconded by Robert Ayala Jr. Both motions passed with unanimous recorded votes.
