Jason Hutter of Little Village Pizza Crust asked the Bonduel Plan Commission on Oct. 6 for a conditional use permit to use an existing house at 109 W. Green Bay St. as a processing and cooling room for pizza crusts. Chairman Russ Gehm opened the public hearing at 6:00 p.m. and Hutter told the commission the space would not be used residentially.
