The Palm Beach County Commission on first reading adopted a moratorium ordinance to pause large‑scale data‑center zoning and comp‑plan applications while staff studies changes to the Unified Land Development Code and comprehensive plan. The moratorium will expire on the earlier of one year from adoption or the adoption of the relevant ULDC/comp‑plan amendments.
