The Conejos County Board of County Commissioners approved a division of land submitted by Lester and Naomi Yoder (CCLU-2024-0146). The proposal divides a 100.285-acre+ property into Tract 1 (approximately 96.429 acres, agricultural) and Tract 2 (approximately 3.856 acres, rural with home and utilities).
