Council staff presented and the Solutions Council approved changes to the Community Connect Phase 1 assessment questions intended to collect data needed for future changes to the coordinated-entry prioritization formula. Katie said the new questions add sub-questions about recent institutional involvement (for example, recent arrest or inpatient treatment) and were developed with providers and the lived-experience advisory committee.
