The board approved resolution 2026‑22 to replat Lot 2 of the Westside Crossing development (597 Meadowlark Drive) so an access easement can be separated from a utility easement and shifted five feet north to allow construction of a sidewalk and to comply with the Mountain Avenue corridor overlay.
