Greene County approves contract amendments for Rumpke and Brown & Caldwell
The board approved Amendment No. 3 to Rumpke's service agreement for $82,008.66 and Amendment No. 3 to Brown & Caldwell for $216,000 to extend sanitary sewer design services; both resolutions passed unanimously.

The Greene County commissioners approved two contract amendments recorded in Resolutions 26-8-13-10 and 26-8-13-11. Amendment No. 3 to Rumpke of Ohio, Inc. adds $82,008.66 for solid waste and recycling services for county facilities and extends the contract term to Oct. 1, 2026–Sept. 30, 2027. Amendment No. 3 to Brown & Caldwell adds $216,000 for as-needed sanitary sewer design services and extends the contract completion date from Dec. 31, 2026 to Dec. 31, 2028.
