Miss Black presented that the Parks and Recreation Authority millage has been set at 1.25 mills since it was first implemented and there is no proposed change for 2026. The chair called for a motion; a commissioner moved to approve and a second was recorded. The board voted unanimously to adopt the 1.25‑mill special district rate and authorized the chair to sign the documents.
