Rhonda Jarvis told the Board of Zoning Appeals she had removed pigs from her property and sought variances to keep farm animals and operate a 4‑H business on land at 8891 North County Road 925 in Harrison Township. Jarvis said, “Pigs are never coming back,” and explained the remaining animals are set back from the road and mostly invisible from the right of way.
