Robinson reverse subdivision tabled after plans showed wrong parcel ID
The Planning Commission tabled the Robinson reverse subdivision (P-26-17) after discovering the proposed plans used an incorrect parcel identifier; the item was deferred to allow the applicant to correct plan sheets.

The Planning Commission reviewed the Robinson reverse subdivision (P-26-17) and noted that township engineer correspondence recommended conditional approval, but that the plan set contained the wrong parcel ID. Because of that discrepancy, Commissioner Chris Rau moved to table the item to allow correction of the parcel identification on the plans; James Denier seconded and the motion carried.
