On a motion by Russ Garner, seconded by Tim Hennessee, the Comal ISD Board approved its consent agenda at the Sept. 25 meeting. Items listed on the consent agenda included the personnel report, previous meeting minutes, the financial statement and expenditures, monthly tax office reports, a budget amendment to reclassify funds, purchase of VMWare licensing, legal services and general counsel agreements, additional T-TESS appraisers, submission of remote homebound instruction waivers, and construction project closeouts.
