Conejos County retests courthouse for suspected asbestos; repairs await contractor bids

County Administrator Tressesa Martinez told the Board of County Commissioners on Nov. 21 that CTSI adjuster Bret is conducting additional testing inside the Conejos County Courthouse to detect possible asbestos before repairs proceed. Martinez said a formal Scope of Work for repairs has not yet been submitted to the county, which is needed to solicit bids from contractors.
