On Aug. 18 the Shelby County Board of Supervisors approved a right-of-way permit for Regional Water to install new service lines to properties in the county. Supervisor Bryce Schaben moved to approve the permit and Supervisor Mike Kolbe seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
