Senate adopts annual state coastal protection plan (SR7)

Senate Resolution 7, to approve the annual integrated coastal protection plan developed by the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority (CPRA) Board, was explained on the floor and adopted by the Senate. "This plan was developed with extensive public input, rigorous modeling, and adaptive management," said the sponsor, who also noted it "reflects the priorities of coastal communities across every region of our state."
