At its Oct. 21 meeting, the Devine ISD Board of Trustees approved a set of resolutions and governance items intended to streamline procurement and update district policies. Trustees voted to join the TX Smart Buy cooperative and to self‑certify micro‑purchases using federal funds under $50,000; both motions passed unanimously (Carl Brown/Chris Davis on TX Smart Buy; Keri James/Henry Moreno on micro‑purchases).
