The Devine ISD Board of Trustees approved bus procurement actions Oct. 21, voting unanimously to accept bids for two 77-passenger buses and authorizing the superintendent to commit a purchase requisition for a third 77-passenger bus equipped with a lift from the 2025–26 budget. The motion was made by Henry Moreno and seconded by Carl Brown; vote: Yea 7, Nay 0.
