At the Nov. 18 meeting, the Devine ISD Board approved a school closure and associated pay resolution. Trustee Chris Davis moved the resolution and Trustee Keri James seconded; the minutes record the motion as passing with a vote of Yea: 5, Nay: 0, Absent: 2.
