The East Chambers Independent School District Board of Trustees opened a public hearing on Oct. 14 to solicit input on federal and state special programs, including Title programs, Every Student Succeeds Act provisions, compensatory education, ESL/Bilingual services, gifted and talented programs, Perkins vocational programs, special education and ESSER grant-funded initiatives.
