The Minto City Council voted Aug. 24 to deed two parcels in Block 5 of the Stoltmans Subdivision to the Red River Community Housing Development Organization. The motion approved transfer of Lot 4 and Lot 5 (less the east 50 feet of Lot 5), and the east 50 feet of Lot 5 and Lot 6 (less the east 20 feet), Block 5, Stoltmans Subdivision.
