EDA closes August session after setting Sept. 2 decision and planning pre-meet
After scheduling a Sept. 2 special meeting to decide on a prospective property, the Grayson County EDA encouraged members to meet beforehand for coordination, then adjourned the August session.

Following the motion and vocal responses on scheduling, board members agreed to coordinate informally ahead of the special meeting so they could present a shared approach and ensure key representation. One member noted "Nick will be back in town too next week" and urged his presence to represent interests.
