The Chair of the Grayson County Economic Development Authority announced the board was out of executive session and stated the closed-session discussion dealt with "prospective business" under a Virginia statute cited in the meeting: "2.2 dash 3 7 1 1 8 5 of the code of Virginia." The Chair then said, "I so certify."
