Council seeks formal protocol for town hall gazebo use
Members agreed to request that the town establish a schedule, application and approval process for use of the Dracut Town Hall gazebo; the council also cataloged other gazebo locations including the high school and Beaver Brook Farm.

Council members identified a need for a formal protocol to govern use of the town hall gazebo. The group noted that gazebo facilities also exist at Dracut High School and Beaver Brook Farm and decided to send a request to the town for a schedule, approved uses (such as poetry readings) and an application/approval process.
