The State Board of Education voted to accept applications to summarily suspend teaching certificates and to set those matters before an administrative law judge. Board Member Wes Nofire moved to accept applications to suspend the certificates and certificate numbers of Edwin Turlington, Zachery Bicknell and Tyler Shephard; the motion carried with the voting members present.
