Planning commission approves 96-unit River Pointe Commons conditional use permit

The Fort Atkinson Planning Commission voted to approve a conditional use permit for River Pointe Commons during the Aug. 25 meeting. The proposal, at 550 McMillan Street, would build four multifamily buildings totaling 96 units, with a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, an accessory management office, mail room, green space and a dog run.
