Surveyor Jim Moyer presented a Burke Engineering proposal for $39,300 to develop conceptual plans and routing options for tile that runs through the Marketplace of Warsaw, including routing near US 30 and a new Hobby Lobby. Moyer said the tile has settled over decades and may be at risk of collapse; he recommended a conceptual study before approaching municipal partners for reconstruction funding.
