The committee considered SB 2312, which the chair said would make records created, received, maintained or used by private contractors performing government functions subject to the Uniform Information Practices Act. Monica Kostley of the State Procurement Office and Jennifer Brooks of the Office of Information Practices (OIP) stood on written testimony and were available for questions.
