At a Dec. 16 special meeting, the Star Valley Ranch Town Council considered a variance request for Plat 19, Lot 2 that would relieve the property owner from the town's 35-foot building-height limit. Councilman Toolson moved to deny the variance; Councilman Merrill seconded, and Mayor Rok opened the floor for public comment.
