Planning Commission approves ordinance allowing RV storage in industrial park

The Mt. Pleasant City Planning Commission on Jan. 20 approved an amendment to the M‑P Industrial/Manufacturing Park Zone to permit recreational vehicle storage as an accessory use and set related development standards. The public hearing and vote took place at the Mt. Pleasant City Council Room; the commission recorded the outcome as "All ayes. Motion: Carried." The ordinance changes are recorded as an amendment to Chapter 12 of Title 10 of the Mount Pleasant Municipal Code.
