Clinton Co. R-III board approves transfer to cover Fund II deficit
During its July 15 meeting the Board approved a consent-agenda transfer from Fund I to Fund II to cover a deficit in Fund II; the transfer was approved 6-0 as part of a broader consent package that included curriculum, plans and bills.

The Board of Education of the Reorganized School District R-III of Clinton County approved a transfer of funds from Fund I to Fund II to cover a deficit in Fund II as part of the consent agenda at its July 15, 2026 meeting. The consent agenda, moved by Greg Harris and seconded by Danny Parra, passed on a 6-0 vote.
