Planning commission recommends Lake Point redevelopment code changes to clarify setbacks, density and easement rules

Commissioners voted 6–0 to recommend to City Council text amendments to the Lake Point Redevelopment District (Ch. 2 zoning; Ch. 10 definitions) that clarify setback measurement from an existing parking garage, define gross acreage for density calculations, create 0/3‑ft side‑yard standards adjacent to utility reserves, and add maintenance/access easement guidance.
