Parks update: OSLAD Phase One near completion; splash pad winterizing planned
Commissioner Sherwood reported OSLAD Phase One work has state approval, electrical installation of lights remains, park tree trimming and removal will begin soon, and the splash pad winterization will use 32 Marine to shrink-wrap larger pieces.

Commissioner Abbey Sherwood told the council that OSLAD Phase One is nearing completion and that the state has approved the work. She said the electric department will handle installation of park lighting and that tree trimming and the removal of several dead trees will begin soon.
